Since 1992, we have welcomed students and/or young professionals as lodgers in our historic house in one of Westmount's lovliest areas. Following the recent departure of lodgers who were with us for 5 years, we have undertaken extensive renovations.

We offer three large, attractive, fully furnished bedrooms an airy, bright, newly renovated third floor with shared bathroom plus powder room, large living/dining area, huge sundeck. Light kitchen facilities (small fridge, microwave, hot plate, electric wok, frying pan, toaster oven, etc.), plus utensils, china, all bed and bath linens.

Ample closet space, convenient study areas, good reading lights and bookcases in each room.

$500 per person per month includes heat, electricity, hot water, use of laundry facilities

Independent living with family atmosphere, including friendly dogs. Non-intrusive, stand-in parents with broad range of interests, usually available to help out with editing of papers for language.
