Two large bedrooms available immediately in a shared 3-bedroom suite on top floor of an historic house on one of Westmount's loveliest streets. Ideal for graduate students and/or teaching assistants; international students most welcome.
4 blocks from Dawson College, less than 1 block from the #24 bus stop at corner of Sherbrooke Street & Greene Avenue. Atwater Metro is a short walk away. All kinds of shops on Greene Avenue, St Catherine Street and in the Alexis Nihon Plaza.
Suite includes three large bedrooms, a common bathroom and a powder room plus a large living/dining area with light kitchen facilities. There is also a beautiful deck.
The bedrooms have good natural light, are fully furnished, including bed linens and bath linens, each has ample closet space, convenient study areas, good reading lights.Washer and dryer are on the main floor of the house. $500 per month includes everything (heat, electricity, water, cable TV, Internet access is WIFI) except telephone. Students should have their own (cell) phones.
Two bedrooms are available. Third bedroom is occupied by very clean full-time student at Dawson College who is usually away from Friday until Monday. This is her second year with us.
We have been hosting international and Canadian undergraduate and graduate students for some 10 years and it has been an enjoyable experience for all.
We have two dogs, who are very friendly. They are not allowed on the 3rd floor.
